* Non-members of the SFdS are invited to join the SFdS (details here) before registering for the JdS in order to benefit from a reduced registration fee.

+ As a reminder, PLATINUM Corporate members benefit from 3 free registrations to the JdS, provided they register before the deadline for the increase in fees (details here).

The registration fees for the JdS 2023 include :

• Participation in scientific activities ;
• Coffee breaks;
• Participation in the Welcome Cocktail on Monday evening;
• Participation in the social activities on Wednesday afternoon;
• Participation in the Wednesday evening Gala Dinner.

They do not include accommodation or travel costs.

Please note! No registration for the gala dinner will be taken into account for registrations made after June 25, 2023.

 Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons may participate in the Welcome Cocktail on Monday evening, the social activities and the Gala Dinner on Wednesday. The registration of an accompanying person(s) must be validated in the speaker's registration form.

Registration for one accompanying person: 100 €. 

Lunch

When registering (via the online form) for the JdS 2023, it will be possible to book lunches at the university restaurant for each of the four days of the conference, at the rate of 15 € per lunch (single price, to be added to the registration fee).

There are also a lot of restaurants, snack bars and cafés in the immediate area around the Solbosch campus.

Certificate of attendance

A certificate of attendance will be given to you on arrival at the conference.

Possible changes

We ask you to inform us as soon as possible of any changes you wish to make to your registration options by sending an e-mail to jds2023@sciencesconf.org. 

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation of your registration to the conference, a refund of the registration fee will be possible upon written request sent by email to jds2023@sciencesconf.org before 10 June 2023, with a deduction of 100 €. After this date, no refund will be possible.
